1. Know
It’s not enough to just be KNOWN.
Your clients must know what PROBLEM you help them solve.
Examples:
”I’m a personal trainer” - wrong ❌
”I help bros get jacked to pick up chicks” - right ✅
”I’m a physical therapist” - wrong ❌
”I help dads eliminate knee pain so they can play with their kids” - right ✅
2. Like
It’s not enough to be LIKED.
Your clients must LOVE their experience with you.
When your clients LOVE what you have to offer they EVANGELIZE for you.
If you’ve ever met a vegan… you know how powerful evangelization can be.
3. Trust
Trust can’t be bought, it must be earned.
3 ESSENTIAL trust factors
- Do OTHERS trust this business (reviews & testimonials)?
- Can I see/hear/read about the PERSON who owns this business?
- Does their online presence look “good” or “relatable”?
