3-Tip Tuesdays: Generosity, Specificity, and Consistency

Marketing is an opportunity to change the culture for the better.
It’s about delivering the right message to the right people.
👇
1. Generosity
When you know who you want to serve, you know what problems they have.
When you understand what problems they have, you can generously offer a solution.
It doesn’t make sense to make a key and then look for a lock to open.
Instead, find a lock and then fashion a key for it.
Start by generously understanding the WHO.
2. Specificity
Don’t serve everyone.
Do serve someone.
Have the courage to say “I’m sorry, this isn’t for you.”
Trying to serve everyone leads to compromise and generalization.
You’ll never truly win your customers hearts by compromising for everyone.
Get specific on your WHO.
3. Consistency
Tell your story.
Tell your story again.
Keep telling your story.
Consistent and frequent story telling will earn attention, trust and action.
Nobody gets tired of hearing a good story.
Even if they’ve heard it before.
Consistently tell your story to your WHO.
Until next time,
