Empathize with their problem.
Communicate that you clearly know what the problem is.
Think about the first time you took a personality test⦠how validated did you feel?
It clearly articulated the way you feel.
Are you showing that you understand them?
Who are you and what do you offer?
What does your social media say about you?
What does your website say about you?
What do the reviews say about you?
Confidence is won or lost based on what they find out about you.
Are you showing that they can trust you?
They want to see results.
They want to feel as though it is going as expected.
They want to be able to relax and trust the process.
The more you can exceed expectations the more they will evangelize.
