Are you obsessed with your dream customers?
3 keys to understanding your customers better than they know themselves.

1. Desire
Your dream clients buy for one of three reasons.
- Health
- Wealth
- Relationships
Everything we buy is in hopes of a result in one of those 3 areas.
This should be fairly obvious but pick one.
Which of these three desires is my future dream customer trying to receive when they buy my product or service?
2. Pain
Your dream client is moving in one of two directions.
Away from pain or towards pleasure.
Away from pain examples:
- I’m overweight and don’t feel comfortable in my clothes.
- I don’t have energy and feel tired all the time.
- I hate what I see when I look into the mirror.
What are your dream customers saying or thinking as they move away from pain?
3. Pleasure
If pleasure is their motivator, it’s because they are happy with the results that they have, but desire more.
Towards pleasure examples:
- I want to get six-pack abs.
- I want to be able to run a marathon.
- I want to eat healthier so I can have more energy.
What are your dream customers saying or thinking as they move towards pleasure?
