Hate ghosting?
Everyone does.
LFG
👇
1. Ghosting
If your marketing strategy is “post and ghost.”
You’re missing the point.
Social media is like going to a party.
You go to a party to meet interesting people (and have a good time).
What do you think of the person that only talks about themselves?
Selfish? Egotistical? Annoying? Self-centered?
When you post… think “how can I contribute to the party?”
When you comment… think “how can contribute to this conversation?”
Party on friends. 🥳
2. CDO
Every CEO.
Must also learn how to be a CDO.
Chief Documenting Officer.
If you repeat a task more than once… document it.
Your time is your most valuable asset.
Buy it back by documenting your process.
Do you have a process for how you create content?
Document it.
Do you process for how you perform outreach?
Document it.
Do you have a process for how you onboard clients?
Document it.
Your brain is a terrible place to store your business. 🧠
3. Clarity
If I asked you what problem you solve.
Can you articulate it in one sentence?
If not… it’s no wonder your marketing isn’t working.
People don’t have time to figure out what you do.
Thinking requires energy.
Don’t make people waste energy.
Who do you help?
What problem do you solve?
Clarity always beats clever. 🤯
Take home point…
- Social media is a party… don’t be a dud.
- Buy back your time by learning how to become the CDO.
- Don’t be clever, until you are clear.
