The solution isn’t as complicated as you think.

1. Client Acquisition
72 people attended my event last week.
I asked them what their biggest business challenge is.
The #1 response?
Client acquisition.
I had the same challenge as an occupational therapist.
Always chasing the next patient.
Until I built a machine that worked while I slept.
Often called a lead funnel.
Here’s a basic one for you:
- Create a valuable lead magnet
- Put it on a landing page with an opt-in form
- Post content inviting people to the landing page.
- Connect with the people that opt-in
You now have leads.
2. Social Media
I love social media (SM).
But don’t get quantity confused for quality.
I have friends that have 100k+ followers.
But can’t afford a Planet Fitness gym membership.
I have friends that have 100 followers.
And can afford a $10k home gym.
It’s not about the number of followers.
It’s about having the right followers.
If you want to grow your business.
Quality > quantity.
3. The Vital Few
99.9% of people have never heard of you.
And they probably never will.
But it’s not about the masses.
It’s about the vital few.
Someone approached me after my event last week for health & fitness entrepreneurs.
”I’ve been binging your podcast show, and it’s why I decided to start my business.”
I about cried.
Moments like this remind me why I do what I do.
For the vital few.
The goal isn’t to be liked by everyone.
It’s to be loved by someone.

- Create a marketing machine that works while you sleep.
- Social media is about quality, not quantity.
- Create for the few, not the masses.
