3-Tip Tuesdays: Take your biz to the triple A's in 2023

Most people play in the double A’s.

Ready to play in the triples?

In case you didn’t know.
The triples are better than the doubles.

1. Awareness (A)

All progress starts with awareness.

Start by asking yourself this question.
”What is the biggest problem I am facing in my business?”

Don’t outsource this question.
Sit with it until you get an answer.

Nobody knows your problems better than you do.
Trust yourself.

Once you have an answer.
Write it out.

Journal about it.
Go on a walk and mull it over.

The more clarity you have on your problem.
The easier it will be to solve.

2. Action (A)

Now ask yourself this.
”What skills do I lack to solve this problem?”

Again, trust yourself.
You know the answer.

Write it down.
Mull it over.

You now have 2 options:
- Acquire that skill.
- Hire that skill.

Acquiring that skill = courses, coaching, mentorship, seminars, consulting.
Hiring that skill = find someone that can solve the problem for you.

The choice is yours… but definitely pick one.

3. Accountability (A)

Welcome to the tripe A’s.
This is where most people fail.

But you’re not most people.
Are you?

You know the problem you face.
You know the solution to the problem.

Don’t make the mistake of forgetting the third A.
Accountability.

Your energy levels will come and go.
Your motivation will come and go.
Your willpower will come and go.

It’s accountability that will keep you going.
Invest in the person or skills that will take you to the tripe A’s.

We will always do more for others than we will do for ourselves.

- Clarify the solution to that problem.
- Invest in accountability.
